Joanne Romeo, a Whitehorse resident, saw a UFO at 10 p.m. Feb. 16. It followed her car for 20 miles emitting a bright white light while flying about 200 feet above her. There was no sound and no definite outline or size that could be seen. It would lower Itself and rise again at times and finally disappeared into the clear night without a trace.
