One evening in the 2nd week of December, 1968, some Mt. Nansen employees were making a trip into Carmacks. It was dark out. Suddenly they saw an object hover over their vehicle with lots of lights on it. They got out of their truck. The UFO veered from side to side, doing flip-flops and keeping the "earthlings" under observation. Then it disappeared.

On another occasion, another fellow was driving to Carmacks on the same road, also in the dark, when he thought a vehicle was approaching him as he saw a light from around the next corner. When he turned the corner, there was nothing to be seen!

Many persons have seen a light frequently in the area of the Mt. Nansen Road, it's been seen from the Little Salmon Road; from over by Roxy's and also down the highway about 5 miles towards Whitehorse. One morning at 9:15 am. it was seen large and bright.
