LANDED UFO
BLINDS DRIVER
Peggle Rowand, reporter for the
Campbell River Courier, B.C. told this story in
a recent column. On November 13, 1968, Mrs.
Carol Lutes of Gold River was returning to her
home from Campbell River. She was accompanied in
her car by her two children and two dogs. It was
after 11 p.m., the night was dark, wild and
stormy, rain was coming down in buckets. Mrs.
Lute's car and radio went out of control just
past Forbes Landing and she perceived a blinding
light to her left, the intensity of which hurt
her eyes. She managed to get her car going on
the road and after she had driven about half a
mile her car and radio began behaving normally
again.
Consensus of opinion was that she had come into
contact with a landed UFO.
