This is a reconstruction of events that I have tried to
record and reconstruct as best as I am capable at this time. Most of this
narrative is based on bits and pieces of “memory recalls” that I have had
since I began to study the Kinross F-89 disappearance. A few parts are
lifted from other sources. In particular, my reconstruction of the actual
intercept is partially derived from a number of sources. I have tried
to place these into a
context so the story is told as I “recall” experiencing it as Lt. Moncla.
